I can't recommend Martin of Lynch Food Consulting enough. We asked Martin to review our entire kitchen operations at a busy 80 bed nursing home right from the standard operating procedures, menus, staffing structure and food costs and he didn't disappoint. His knowledge of the industry was very impressive and right from the beginning could pinpoint areas for improvement. Communication was excellent throughout the project and he has turned our kitchen around completely with minimal disruption. I look forward to working with Lynch Food Consulting in the future.

I recently completed my Level 4 HACCP training with Martin Lynch of Lynch Food Consulting. Given that the course is very detailed, I found that it was very well delivered. Martin made it very easy to understand, and if you found a section difficult, he had no problem in going over it again, and didn't move on until you understood that topic. I also completed a Food Allegiance course with them and found them very good again. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company for the mentioned courses or any other relevant courses about them.
